Terms and Conditions

In the order process you are required to provide the following 

* Provide personal details/Data

*Details of recipient with accurate postcode and address for delivery purposes 

*All necessary payment details

*It is your responsibility to provide accurate information we take no liability for failure to deliver good due to incorrect details.

*We accept payment from most major debit and credit cards 

*By clicking on the ‘complete order“ button on the order form you are consenting to be bound by our terms and conditions 

*Submitting 

*your order is subject to our acceptance of this offer and we will not consider ourselves bound by the contract with you unless we have issued you with a confirmation message. This is not the email sent on the submission of your order.

Delivery 

*we cannot be held responsible for incorrect address so please provide full information for delivery along with any special instructions.

*please provide and email and daytime telephone number for yourself and the recipient 

*orders are required the day before delivery 

*if the recipient is not in when the delivery is made we will leave with a neighbour who is happy to take responsibility or place them in a safe dry place ie porch (please provide instructions).

Cancellation 

*Due to the nature and speed of the order we can only accept at least 24 hours notice prior to delivery

Refunds

*Because of the perishable nature of the product if there is a problem please take pictures and contact us within 24 hours 

*an investigation into the complaint will be made and you will be notified by email or phone of the outcome.

*perishable items cannot be refunded after 3 days of delivery although have a longer expected self life.
